We believe it is important to demonstrate our Christian faith through our actions and social responsibility is a key part of our lives.
Our Mission Committee oversee our outreach and response to community need. They are also made aware of matters of concern through the Joint Public Issues Team of the URC, Methodist and Baptist churches.
We hold a "Social Responsibility" service each November when outside speakers are invited to bring to us insights from the areas in which they work, such as prison and hospital chaplaincies, hostels for asylum seekers and the political arena.
